PK Log Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using Our Platform

pk log (pklog.app) is an online betting and gaming platform. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between pk log and its users. By accessing the platform or using any of its services, you are automatically considered to have accepted these terms.

The following rules apply to placing bets on pk log:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless the error was on pk log's part.
• Bets placed before an event starts are considered pre-match bets. Bets placed while an event is in progress are live bets.
• Once a bet is confirmed, the odds are locked in and will not change regardless of any subsequent odds movement.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, pk log reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake is generally refunded.
• Both single bets and Accumulator bets are available on pk log.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk log:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
2. Bonus harvesting or artificially exploiting bonus offers.
3. Using automated software, bots, or scripts.
4. Harassing or threatening other players or staff.
5. Transacting with funds from illegal sources on the platform (money laundering).
6. Match-fixing or any other form of fraudulent activity.
7. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to pk log's systems.

Pk log reserves the right to take legal action against anyone found to be involved in any of the above activities.

Pk log may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause within these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or providing false information.
• Extended account inactivity (generally more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.
• At the direction of a legal or regulatory authority.

Any valid balance remaining at the time of account closure will be returned after verification is complete — however, if the account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited.

Pk log makes every effort to provide a reliable service. However, its liability is limited in certain circumstances:

• Pk log is not responsible for any bets lost or missed due to internet disconnection.
• Pk log is not directly liable for transaction delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses resulting from issues with the user's own device or browser.
• Losses due to unexpected server downtime or scheduled maintenance.

However, pk log will make every effort to fairly compensate members affected by clear errors within its own systems.

Whenever these Terms & Conditions are updated, pk log will post a notice on the website and notify users via their registered email. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
